After successful handing over, HPM can remain engaged to monitor remedial works, inspect progress with the consultant, and certify completion readiness while safeguarding retained monies and final close-out quality.
Final Certification Support
Upon successful remedial completion, HPM issues written notice of completion and supports certification of final payment and final completion.
