Remedial Defects Monitoring

HPM tracks the progress of remedial works, carries out periodical inspections with the consultant, and keeps technical recommendations active until defective works are rectified to the intended quality.

Final Certification Support

Upon successful remedial completion, HPM issues written notice of completion and supports certification of final payment and final completion.
